New Rental Policy:

After much consideration, we have decided we have to start charging a fee to reserve the pond for private events, to help off set costs.

– $20 a day for small midweek gatherings (Mon, Tue, Wen, Thur)

– $25 a day for small weekend gatherings (Fri, Sat, Sun)

– $60 for full weekend campout (Fri to Sunday)

– $500 a day for large events over 50 people.

There is no charge to attend a Public events, such as our annual 4th of July Party or a family reunion. We will also be setting aside weekends for public “Family camp” days where anyone can come visit or camp for free.

In lieu of the fee, you could instead help at one of our work days or barter your services in another way.
