Ways to help…

1. Come to a work day.

There will be a work day in October. Probably the 2nd Saturday.

2. Help with landscaping and repairs.

We always need help maintaining the grounds. You can come work any day that isn’t reserved for an event.

  • Pick up branches
  • Pull weeds in flower beds
  • Trim ivy and blackberries
  • Repair wood benches
  • Finish Painting the bridge and picnic tables
  • Cut ivy that is growing on the trees
  • Spread gravel in the pot holes

4. New venue event fee

If you can’t attend a work day or barter your services in a another way, we are now asking for a small fee to off set expenses.

$20 for a day/night midweek (Tue/Wen or Wen/Thur)

$50 for a weekend (Fri-Sun)

Big Projects

Here are some improvements we would like to make, someday…

  • Rebuild the ‘sauna’.
  • Build a shed for the ice machine behind the restrooms.
  • Improved lighting in kitchen (for late night card games)
